Shahaji Gandekar – Director
Mr. Shahaji Sir is a growth-focused entrepreneur who has worked from the ground up. As a successful real estate developer, he has delivered many landmark construction projects in and around Pune.
The fact that the Sus area lacked a decent pre-school had been irking him for quite a long time. Channelizing his energy, time and financial resources, he set up Shree Vidya Pre-School with the goal of delivering high quality pre-primary education that would set the stage for a smooth academic journey ahead. He is the institution’s key pillar of strength, leading Shree Vidya Pre-School with his cherished vision and dynamism. Inspired by the belief that ‘today’s children are tomorrow’s citizens’, he puts exceptional emphasis on imbibing the right values and cultivating the right attitude for kids during their formative years.
Prasad Chandere – Co-Director
Prasad is a soft-spoken person who easily empathizes with the needs of children. Endowed with a good understanding of the sensibilities of kids, he mentors team members effectively. He is actively involved in policy making and sets the strategic direction for the institution’s march into the future in consultation with other key members.
Mrs Kavita Sonawane – Coordinator
Kavita is a multitalented and progressive minded professional who plays an instrumental role in the institution’s day-to-day functioning. She is a smart individual who brings to the table an assortment of managerial and academic skills. Gifted with an innate liking for children, she is an efficient administrator who serves as the vital link between teachers and parents.
